Bilingual Personal Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Bilingual Personal Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role involves managing a book of business valued at $1.7MM, focusing on standard market accounts with some high-value clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for A-Z account management, including quoting and marketing, with a strong emphasis on renewals.
Compensation Package
  • Base Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 annually
  • Bonuses: Retention and growth-based bonuses
  • Additional Compensation: 15% of agency fees received
Responsibilities
  • Manage a book of business valued at $1.7MM, handling accounts ranging from $1,000 to $18,000.
  • Perform A-Z account management, including quoting and marketing.
  • Focus on renewals (95%) with some new business (5%).
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Utilize AMS360 software for account management (training provided if needed).
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and client satisfaction.
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2+ years in an independent insurance agency.
