The Jennifer Haring Agency is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Insurance Account Manager to join our growing team in Fort Worth, Texas.
This position supports both Personal Lines and Commercial Lines insurance clients and plays a key role in customer retention, policy servicing, renewals, account management, and agency operations. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, enjoys helping clients, and wants to build a long-term career in the insurance industry.
This is not an entry-level customer service position. We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, can manage multiple priorities, and is willing to support both personal and commercial insurance operations.
โ€ข Manage policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and customer service requests
โ€ข Assist clients with billing questions, coverage reviews, certificates, and policy documents
โ€ข Process and track renewals according to agency timelines
โ€ข Maintain accurate client records and agency documentation
โ€ข Support both Personal Lines and Commercial Lines accounts
โ€ข Identify cross-sell and account-rounding opportunities
โ€ข Assist with retention efforts and client relationship management
โ€ข Work with multiple carrier systems and agency management software
โ€ข Collaborate with agency leadership to improve workflows and customer experience
โ€ข Participate in ongoing training and professional development
Requirements
โ€ข Active Texas Property & Casualty Insurance License REQUIRED
โ€ข Fluent in both English and Spanish REQUIRED
โ€ข Minimum 2 years insurance agency experience REQUIRED
โ€ข Experience servicing Personal Lines or Commercial Lines accounts, including endorsements, renewals, policy changes, certificates, and customer service requests REQUIRED.
โ€ข Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
โ€ข Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
โ€ข Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned accounts
โ€ข Willingness to support both Personal and Commercial Lines clients
