Job description

Job Title: Insurance Operations Associate
Location: Austin, TX - Onsite
Duration: 6+ months
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in P&C Insurance or Insurance Broking.
  • Hands-on experience processing Certificates of Insurance (COI) and Proof of Insurance.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and interpretation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with ACORD forms, especially ACORD 25.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements for certificate issuance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Education: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent graduate qualification).
