Operations Supervisor - Property/Casualty Insurance

Location: Austin, TX (Lakeline Area)
Schedule: Training onsite daily; transitions to a hybrid schedule upon successful completion of training

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to lead a team supporting insurance operations, renewal processing, and client service activities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing team performance, ensuring service level expectations are met, and driving continuous process improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate is a strong people leader who enjoys coaching and developing employees, analyzing workflows, solving operational challenges, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver an exceptional client experience. Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Performance Management

  • Supervise and support a team responsible for operational processing, renewal coordination, and documentation activities
  • Monitor team productivity, workload distribution, quality, and service levels
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to team members
  • Develop employees into high-performing contributors through ongoing training and support
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and engaged team environment


Operations Management

  • Oversee day-to-day operational activities to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timely completion of work
  • Manage workflow planning and resource allocation to meet business objectives
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and lead initiatives to increase operational efficiency
  • Monitor operational metrics, analyze trends, and provide reporting to leadership

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
