Responsibilities

Develop and execute creative outreach campaigns that introduce our insurance solutions to the Houston community.

Meet with potential clients to listen to their unique goals and identify the coverage options that best protect their future.

Coordinate with our underwriting team to ensure every policy is tailored to the specific needs of the individual or business.

Attend local industry events and community gatherings to build our reputation and establish lasting connections.

Maintain an active pipeline of prospects and follow up regularly to provide support and information.

Review existing client portfolios to ensure coverage remains relevant as their life circumstances evolve.


Requirements

Active Texas Property and Casualty insurance license.

Minimum of two years experience in direct client relationship management or insurance sales.

Deep understanding of the local Houston business and residential insurance landscape.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and industry-standard CRM platforms.

Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
