Experienced Machine Operator (Weekends)
Location: Waco, TX

Pay Rate: $21.00/hr + Overtime
Schedule: Thursday-Monday, 2nd Shift | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (60 hours/week)

Job Overview
Crouch Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced and dependable Machine Operator to join a growing manufacturing team in Waco, TX.
This role is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining production machinery to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production.
This is a high-hour position (60 hours/week) in a clean, climate-controlled environment, ideal for candidates looking to maximize their income while working in a comfortable setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery including slitters, roll formers, and unwind stations
  • Ensure machines are properly calibrated before, during, and after production
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and make minor adjustments as needed
  • Conduct in-process and final product inspections
  • Complete production documentation accurately and on time
  • Load and unload materials, trucks, and trailers
  • Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment
  • Assist with preventive maintenance and equipment upkeep
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
  • Support team operations and assist with training when needed
  • Follow all safety procedures and production standards
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of 1 year of machine operator experience
  • Forklift experience required (certification preferred)
  • Experience with slitters, roll formers, or similar equipment is a plus
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
  • Ability to read production and safety documentation
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
  • Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and stand for extended periods
