Job description

SPANISH INSTRUCTOR- Springfield Public School District

Springfield Public Schools is seeking a Spanish Instructor beginning 2026-2027 school year. This is a 1.0 FTE position. Should have a current license or be able to possess a Minnesota teaching license in Spanish. Position includes teaching 8th-12th grade.

Coaching and Advisory assignments available. 

Competitive salary range starting at $46,500-$75,000 depending on licensure, qualifications, experience, and educational degree advancement. Salary range is based on the collective bargaining agreement for   2026-2027 school year. 

Benefits Include but not limited to: Health insurance, health savings account, life insurance, matching 403b, Teachers Retirement Association (TRA), long-term disability, dental insurance, flex spending account,      paid sick and personal leave.
