Executive Assistant Location: Renaissance Concourse Atlanta Airport Hotel Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Paid time off Schedule: 8-hour shift Job Description: The Executive Assistant at Renaissance Concourse Atlanta Airport Hotel plays a pivotal role in supporting the General Manager and ensuring the smooth operation of daily administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Process invoices for payment in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and adherence to financial procedures. Maintain Lost and Found inventory, handling phone calls and emails related to lost items, and arranging for their return when requested. Handle the receiving of shipments to the hotel, notifying department managers of items received for their respective departments. Maintain inventory of packages received for guests, determining the cost of receiving for guest packages, and leaving messages for guests in the Property Management System (PMS). Manage office supply inventory and order supplies as needed from designated vendors. Monitor and distribute U.S. mail efficiently to relevant recipients. Oversee Shuttles/Vans paperwork and registration updates, including State and Local permits, registration, and Driver Verifications. Provide assistance to the General Manager, Executive Office personnel, employees, and guests as needed, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills. Monitor and facilitate WebFire training and documents for staff as required. Qualifications: Previous experience in a similar administrative role is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is required. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing. Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
