As an Armed Security Officer at a financial institution location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, monitor access points, and support a professional environment for employees and visitors. This is an armed, driving position requiring a valid driver's license. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor access points, verify authorized entry, and maintain awareness of activity in and around banking facilities to help protect people, property, and sensitive areas.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, suspicious activity, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of the business, parking areas, drive-through lanes, ATM locations, and perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity.
• Document observations, incidents, and patrol activity accurately and promptly, and coordinate with Allied Universal leadership and local authorities when directed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess 3 or more years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience, or a college degree.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Possess 5 or more years of security-related experience.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• An armed guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
