Job description

Eagle Solution Services Inc. (ESSI) is seeking Unarmed Security Guards mobile and static. We are seeking Unarmed Security Guards to become an integral part of our team. The selected individual will patrol and secure assigned premises as well as identify risks to staff and patrons.  We are looking for licensed unarmed guards. State of GA Security Guard training is offered by ESSI. CPR training is offered by ESSI.

Salary Commensurate with experience: $10 - 16.00/hour - Temporary

Core Work Hours are as follows: Mondays through Sundays; 7 Days a week - Hours vary Between 6:00 AM to 11:30 PM; 12:00 AM - 6:00 AM; Holiday time and a half pay; Varying shifts worked during core hours 

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules
  • Thoroughly examine doors, windows, and gates to ensure proper function and security
  • Warn violators of premise rules and regulations
  • Expel persons engaging in suspicious or criminal acts
  • Report any facility issues such as fire hazards and leaking water pipes
  • Request emergency personnel for high risk situations
  • Electronic Daily shift log reporting
  • Incident reporting

Primary Duties will include:

  • Being professional and compliant to ensure Residents abide by pool rules
  • ID Checks, Amenities/Pool Access Management, Resident List Address Checks.
  • Open and closing of amenities in housing development, if applicable
  • Hourly Rounds Security checks and maintaining order within community and amenities areas. 

REQUIRED - Valid Drivers License; Background Check 

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or other related fields
  • Familiarity with security equipment
  • Ability to handle physical workload
  • Strong attention to detail
