Job description

Work type: Full time, onsite, direct hire Compensation: Up to $85k/year Benefits: medical, dental, vision insurance, pto/sick time, 401k match options Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain the executive's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and personal commitments
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations, and logistics
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, handling communications with discretion
  • Monitor and manage incoming communications (email, phone, etc.), prioritizing urgent matters and summarizing key information
  • Track deadlines, action items, and follow-ups to ensure timely execution of tasks
  • Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and other documentation as needed
  • Organize meetings, including preparing agendas, materials, and recording notes when required
  • Maintain confidential records, files, and sensitive information with a high level of integrity
  • Assist with project coordination, special initiatives, and administrative processes
Personal Assistant Responsibilities:
  • Manage personal scheduling, errands, and household-related tasks (appointments, reservations, etc.)
  • Coordinate family logistics, events, and activities as needed
  • Oversee vendors, service providers, and personal engagements
