Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative – Commercial Lines

Location: Parkersburg, WV

Job Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative with commercial lines experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in commercial insurance and a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.

This position is ideal for an experienced insurance professional who enjoys working directly with clients, solving problems, managing policy needs, and building long-term customer relationships.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial insurance policyholders.

Respond promptly and professionally to client questions, requests, and concerns.

Assist clients with policy information, coverage options, and service needs.

Process policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and other account updates.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.

Resolve customer complaints and service issues efficiently and professionally.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.

Follow all applicable insurance laws, regulations, and company procedures.

Communicate with insurance carriers as needed to resolve policy and customer service issues.

Manage multiple client requests and priorities while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

Active West Virginia and/or Ohio Property & Casualty Insurance License required.
