Call Center Agent

Join our dynamic team on-site at our Bay City, MI (48708) office as a Call Center Customer Success Representative. In this role, you are the voice of our company. You will work closely with a supportive team to turn everyday interactions into positive experiences by handling inquiries with empathy, speed, and professionalism. We provide the training; you bring the passion for helping people! This is a good fit for someone who is reliable, competitive, comfortable talking on the phone, and motivated by goals.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to families and prospective clients.

  • Set appointments for families to view our resorts.

  • Log all call data and update guest profiles accurately in our CRM.

  • Hit individual and team service targets to boost team performance.

  • Learn Continuous updates on company policies and products offered.
