Job Title:
Licensed Life Insurance Agent – Inbound Sales | $20/Hour + Bonuses ($1,250–$5,000+/Month)

Location: Southfield, MI (In-Office & Remote Eligibility)
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM


Pay
  • $20/hour base pay
  • Monthly bonus: $1,250 – $5,000+
  • Average annual income: $55,000 – $75,000

Job Summary

eFund Insurance is hiring motivated Licensed Life Insurance Agents to join our high-performing sales team.

This is a 100% inbound sales role — no cold calling or prospecting. You’ll work with direct inbound leads and help seniors secure life insurance coverage over the phone.

🏢 Work Location:

  • In-office (Southfield, MI) for candidates within a 30-mile radius of call center. 
  • Remote opportunity available for candidates living outside a 30-mile radius of the office

Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls and live transfer leads (no cold calling)
  • Sell life insurance policies to seniors ages 50–85
  • Follow scripts and sales processes to close deals
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales goals

Compensation & Bonus Structure
  • $12,500 in placed premium = $1,250 bonus (100%)

Bonus increases based on total application production:

  • 75 applications → 125% bonus
  • 150 applications → 150% bonus
  • 250 applications → 175% bonus
  • 350+ applications → 200% bonus
  • Maintain 60 sales per quarter to maintain current bonus level

Requirements
  • Active Life Insurance License (required)
  • Sales, insurance, or call center experience preferred
  • Strong communication, personable and closing skills
  • Coachable with a positive attitude
  • Ability to work in-office or remotely (based on location eligibility)
