Are you outgoing, competitive, and highly motivated? The Stephen Knight Agency at Farmers Insurance is looking for an Agent in Training to join our team in Belding, MI.
This is an opportunity to build a long-term career in insurance with a base salary plus uncapped commission. You'll receive paid training starting on day one, ongoing coaching, and support as you learn the business.
What You'll Do
  • Work warm and hot leads from inbound inquiries, Farmers-generated leads, purchased leads, referrals, and our existing book of business
  • Quote and sell Auto, Home, Life, Business, and Specialty insurance
  • Call leads, meet with customers, and follow up with prospects
  • Educate customers and recommend coverage based on their needs
  • Cross-sell existing customers and conduct policy reviews
  • Build relationships through referrals and community networking
  • Participate in ongoing training and coaching
  • Work toward individual sales goals and grow your book of business
