Call Center Life Agent | Inbound Sales
Company: eFund Insurance
Location: Call Center
Employment Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m.
Compensation
  • $20 per hour in base pay
  • Monthly bonuses ranging from $1,250 to $5,000+
  • Average annual earnings of $55,000-$75,000
  • Top performers can earn $80,000-$120,000+

Position Overview
eFund Insurance is seeking motivated, licensed Life Insurance Agents to join our high-performing inbound sales team.
In this role, you will connect with seniors who have already expressed interest in life insurance coverage. You will handle inbound calls and live-transfer leads-no cold calling or prospecting-and guide customers through the process of selecting coverage that meets their needs.
This is a call center position for candidates who meet location and licensing requirements. If you are coachable, driven, and ready to grow your income, we provide the training, tools, systems, and daily support to help you succeed.
Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls and live-transfer leads
  • Sell life insurance policies to adults ages 50-85
  • Explain policy options clearly and help customers select appropriate coverage
  • Follow established scripts, sales processes, and compliance requirements
  • Deliver an excellent customer experience throughout the sales process
  • Accurately complete applications and maintain customer records
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales and production goals

Bonus Structure
Bonuses begin at $12,500 in placed premium:
  • $12,500 in placed premium: 100% bonus level, equal to $1,250
  • 75 applications: 125% bonus level
  • 150 applications: 150% bonus level
  • 250 applications: 175% bonus level
  • 350 or more applications: 200% bonus level

Agents must maintain at least 60 sales per quarter to retain their current bonus level. Bonus eligibility and payment are subject to company production, placement, and compensation policies.
Qualifications
  • Active life insurance license required
  • Sales, insurance, or call-center experience preferred

  • Confident, personable, and comfortable closing sales by phone
