Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.

Compensation

  • Monthly bonuses ranging from $1,250 to $5,000+
  • Average annual earnings of $55,000–$75,000
  • Top performers can earn $80,000–$120,000+

Position Overview

eFund Insurance is seeking motivated, licensed Life Insurance Agents to join our high-performing inbound sales team.

In this role, you will connect with seniors who have already expressed interest in life insurance coverage. You will handle inbound calls and live-transfer leads—no cold calling or prospecting—and guide customers through the process of selecting coverage that meets their needs.

This is a call center position for candidates who meet location and licensing requirements. If you are coachable, driven, and ready to grow your income, we provide the training, tools, systems, and daily support to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls and live-transfer leads
  • Sell life insurance policies to adults ages 50–85
  • Explain policy options clearly and help customers select appropriate coverage
  • Follow established scripts, sales processes, and compliance requirements
  • Deliver an excellent customer experience throughout the sales process
  • Accurately complete applications and maintain customer records
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales and production goals

Bonus Structure

Bonuses begin at $12,500 in placed premium:

  • $12,500 in placed premium: 100% bonus level, equal to $1,250
  • 75 applications: 125% bonus level
  • 150 applications: 150% bonus level
  • 250 applications: 175% bonus level
  • 350 or more applications: 200% bonus level

Agents must maintain at least 60 sales per quarter to retain their current bonus level. Bonus eligibility and payment are subject to company production, placement, and compensation policies.

Qualifications

  • Active life insurance license required
  • Sales, insurance, or call-center experience preferred
  • Strong verbal communication and relationship-building skills
  • Confident, personable, and comfortable closing sales by phone
  • Coachable, goal-oriented, and receptive to feedback
  • Positive attitude and a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work a consistent full-time schedule from a professional home workspace
  • Must meet applicable remote-work and licensing eligibility requirements

Benefits

  • 401(k)
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • Aflac supplemental coverage
  • Paid time off
  • Performance bonuses and incentive trips
  • Ongoing training, coaching, and professional development
  • Career growth and advancement opportunities

Why Join eFund Insurance?

  • No cold calling or prospecting
  • Direct inbound and live-transfer leads
  • Competitive hourly base pay plus uncapped bonus potential
  • Proven sales training and daily coaching
  • Supportive, performance-driven team culture
  • Clear path toward six-figure earning potential
  • Meaningful work helping families protect what matters most
