America's Choice Insurance Partners is the trusted advisors to the individuals and families throughout 33 states that have a passion for the recreation and outdoor lifestyle.

Our Service Team is growing and we are adding a Binding Specialist to the team. The Binding Specialist reviews and processes insurance policies while providing support to the client service team. This role requires a strong attention to detail while auditing new policies, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both clients and team members.

Compensation- $25/hr.

Responsibilities

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Prior experience in an administrative, data entry or customer support role such as managing client accounts, supporting insurance operations, or working in a customer service environment is preferred.
  • Ability to review insurance submissions for accuracy, completeness, and compliance prior to issuance
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to identify and escalate issues or discrepancies in a timely manner
  • Understanding of binding insurance policies in accordance with agency standards and state regulations
  • Ability to support and maintain an efficient new business workflow from sale through policy issuance
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Willingness to support the account management team with service requests for existing policyholders
  • Flexibility to assist with general account management tasks as needed
Qualifications

WHO YOU ARE:

  • Minimum 2 years of customer service or related experience
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-volume environment
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency navigating multiple computer systems and software platforms
  • Prior experience in insurance, account management, or a related field is a plus, but not required
  • Property & Casualty license preferred; willingness to obtain licensure required
