The Ryan Brewington State Farm Agency is hiring an Insurance & Financial Services Representative who is competitive, goal-driven, and motivated to win. If you love closing deals and want a career where your income grows with your performance, this is the opportunity for you.
This role is licensing contingent. Candidates must obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses. If you are not currently licensed, we provide full support through the licensing process. Candidates begin formal in-office training once the Property & Casualty license is obtained.
Role Overview
As an Insurance & Financial Services Representative, you will drive new business production by prospecting, quoting, presenting, and closing insurance and financial solutions. Youll build strong client relationships, uncover needs through consultative conversations, and help customers protect what theyve built while planning for whats next.
This role is built for someone who wants to be measured by results and rewarded for performance.
What Youll Do
  • Generate new business through outbound calls, follow-up activity, and lead conversion
  • Conduct needs-based consultations and confidently recommend solutions
  • Quote, present, and close auto, home, renters, life, and health products
  • Educate clients on long-term protection strategies and financial confidence
  • Build a strong pipeline and maintain consistent sales activity metrics
  • Cross-sell and upsell within the book of business to maximize revenue
  • Track progress, document activity, and stay compliant with agency procedures
