As a Flood Insurance Advisor at Taurus, you'll join one of the best teams in the business. With our growing line of Flood Products, we are searching for enthusiastic professionals to help expand our footprint. This role focuses exclusively on inbound leads - no cold calling required. You'll connect with clients who are ready to protect their future with quality flood insurance solutions.

$46,000 - $62,400 annually (DOE)

Requirements
What You Bring:
โ€ข Experience in customer service, particularly within insurance and/or sales.
โ€ข Strong communication skills
โ€ข A positive, solution-focused, team-oriented mindset
โ€ข Detail-oriented with solid analytical skills
โ€ข Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Bonus Points For:
โ€ข Bachelor's Degree
โ€ข ANFI or other professional insurance designations
โ€ข Knowledge of property insurance, National Flood Insurance Program, or Private Flood Insurance a plus, but not necessary
โ€ข Property and Casualty (2-20 or Customer Representative (4-40) license desired - or be willing to obtain one within 30 days of hire (we cover the cost!)
