What you'll be doing:

In this role you will build and growth high-impact relationships with key retail partners while acting as a trust advisor who drives account success, satisfaction, and revenue growth. You will collaborate cross-functionally to develop strategic solutions, uncover new opportunities, and deliver innovative ideas that elevate client performance and strength long-term partnerships.

  • Manage and grow relationships with key accounts, serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring client satisfaction
  • Own the full account lifecycle, including onboarding, training, performance management, and ongoing business reviews
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with business goals, driving growth and long-term partnerships
  • Identify opportunities to enhance performance through training, process improvements, and strategic recommendations
  • Introduce new ideas, tools, and product enhancements to support client success and business growth
  • Lead client meetings to review performance, address challenges, and present new solutions and offerings
  • Cross-functionally partner internally with marketing, product, and customer service teams to deliver a seamless client experience
  • Monitor market, competitor, and industry trends and activity to identify new opportunities
What skills and experience you'll bring on this journey:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in account management, sales or related field, preferable within the travel or financial services industry
  • Proven record in managing small to medium sized accounts and achieving sales targets
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills using a high level of professionalism and integrity
  • Excellent relationship building, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
  • Self-motivated, results-orientated, accountable, with the ability to work independently

The combined salary range for this position is $65,000 to $67,000 with short-term incentive bonus eligibility.
