An active insurance license and previous insurance experience are strongly preferred. We're looking for someone who is knowledgeable, organized, proactive, and genuinely enjoys helping people.
What You'll Do
As an Insurance Account Manager, you'll take ownership of client relationships and provide personalized service throughout the insurance lifecycle.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for customer questions, service needs, and policy updates.
  • Review client accounts and identify changing needs or potential coverage gaps.
  • Recommend appropriate insurance solutions based on each client's individual situation.
  • Assist with policy changes, endorsements, renewals, billing questions, and other account needs.
