What you'll Do:

  • Strategically manage your assigned territory to maximize advisor engagement and drive sustainable revenue growth.

  • Demonstrate mastery of insurance products, including life insurance, annuities, long-term care, and disability insurance, to offer tailored solutions for complex client scenarios.

  • Recruit and onboard new advisors, cultivating strong partnerships to exceed baseline revenue targets.

  • Act as a liaison between advisors and home offices, resolving case management issues promptly to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.
What You Bring:
  • Proven success in insurance sales or a related field, with a strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Deep expertise in life insurance, annuities, long-term care, and disability insurance.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex products for advisors.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with experience in managing sales territories.
