Compensation: $75,000 - $85,000 per year (commensurate with experience)

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Commercial Insurance Account Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial insurance servicing, strong client relationship skills, and a valid New Jersey Property & Casualty license.

Qualifications
  • Active New Jersey Property & Casualty License (Required)

  • Minimum 2 years of insurance agency or client-facing experience (Preferred)

  • Working knowledge of commercial insurance policies

  • Experience with agency management systems such as Epic, AMS, or TAM

  • Strong computer proficiency

  • Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
