Work Location: TOTAL Mechanical - Janesville
Division: Janesville (Full Time, Exempt)
Under the direction of the Division Manager, the Account Executive is responsible for acquiring new accounts and/or projects in accordance with Company sales and profit objectives and maintaining relationships with existing customers.
Qualifications
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED
  • Years of Relevant Work Experience: 5 years of industry experience preferred
  • Certificates/Licenses: Driver's License
  • Physical Job Requirements: Move throughout office, construction site, general outdoor environments, and use/climb a ladder

Key Activities
  1. Customer relations. Maintain and develop relationships with new and current customers.
  2. New Business. Identify, develop, and generate new business activity. Estimate projects, obtain bid bonds and negotiate contracts.
  3. Repair Quotes. Take, evaluate, and prioritize repair requests and generate quotes in a timely manner.
  4. Preventive Maintenance. Provide preventive maintenance quotes to customers.
  5. Training. Keep current on vendor equipment updates and enhancements.
  6. Participate in postmortem reviews of projects as requested.
