Job description

You can have everything in life you want if you will just help enough other people get what they want. That is not a slogan on our wall. It is how our pay plan works.

Fallon Insurance Agency LLC is a AAA agency in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, built by an owner who grew a $2.6 million book in 16 months selling by phone, and who built this producer role around one belief: the person who protects the most families should take home the most money. We supply the leads. You have the conversations, protect the households, and earn a commission rate that climbs with your production and your effort.

The pay is built the same way: a stable base salary, a monthly health reimbursement, paid time off, and an uncapped tiered commission that climbs as your production climbs. The harder you work and the more complete the households you protect, the higher your rate goes. We walk through the full compensation plan, in writing, in the interview, because we would rather show you the real math face to face than put a number in an ad.

This is a phone-first sales role in a professional office. No cold door knocking, no buying your own leads, no ceiling on your commission. You will be trained, coached, and pushed to be better than you were last month, because we believe your income should be a reflection of your growth.

Responsibilities
  • Call agency-provided leads and quote home and auto insurance by phone, leading with home for the full household bundle.
  • Write a minimum of $40,000 in new premium per month across our six licensed states: Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa, Illinois, Nebraska and Indiana.
  • Protect the whole household: discuss life insurance on every eligible sale and offer AAA memberships and credit card products as part of a complete protection plan.
  • Follow the agency sales process, document every interaction in our CRM, and maintain our quality standards for persistency and advance-purchase business.
  • Ask for referrals on every closed sale and help build the community reputation this agency stands on.
  • Show up coachable. Participate in call reviews, training, and one-on-one coaching designed to raise your income, not your stress.

Requirements
  • Active Property & Casualty license
  • Proven phone sales ability, or the drive and coachability to build it fast. Insurance experience is a plus, not a prerequisite. Hunger is the prerequisite.
  • Comfortable working toward clear monthly production goals and being measured on results.
  • Strong communication skills, genuine care for people, and the integrity to recommend what a family actually needs.
  • Able to work full time, Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, in our Oshkosh office
  • If you are ready to be paid like the professional you are becoming, apply today. We respond to every serious applicant.
