Job description

Are you an experienced in-home sales professional who knows how to run appointments, build trust, and close? At Perma-Seal, we’re looking for a proven closer to meet with homeowners who have already requested an inspection. No cold calling. No door knocking. Just qualified leads, a strong process, and the opportunity to earn six figures.

If you’ve sold home improvement, roofing, HVAC, windows, siding, or similar services, this is built for you.

What You’ll Do
  • Run 2–3 in-home appointments per day (company-provided leads)
  • Inspect attics and identify insulation and energy efficiency issues
  • Present clear, solution-based recommendations to homeowners
  • Build trust, overcome objections, and close deals in the home
  • Create proposals and document notes in CRM
  • Work closely with operations to ensure smooth project handoff
What We’re Looking For
  • 3+ years of in-home sales experience REQUIRED (home improvement, construction, HVAC, roofing, etc.)
  • Proven track record of closing deals and hitting revenue targets
  • Comfortable working in a one-call close environment
  • Strong communication and ability to explain solutions clearly
  • Self-driven, competitive, and results-oriented
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally

This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for professionals who know how to run and close in-home appointments.
