This role blends strong data and research capabilities with business acumen to help leaders understand what is happening, why it is happening, and what to do next.

This position goes beyond reporting to connect market, financial, and performance data; diagnose root causes; and partner with stakeholders to shape thoughtful,datainformedsolutions. Successrequiresequal strength in doing the work and guidingdecisionmakingthrough insight, context, and narrative.

What You Will Do at Graco

Business and Market Understanding

  • Develop a strong understanding of Graco's business, customers, competitive landscape, and strategic priorities.

  • Monitor market trends, industry dynamics, economic conditions, regulatory changes, global user behaviors, and mega trends.

  • Integrate external market signals with internal performance and financial data to form a holistic business perspective.

  • Identifyemerging risks, opportunities, and inflection points that inform commercial and strategic decisions.

Insights, Diagnosis & Decision Support

  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis to uncover patterns, performance drivers, and root causes.

  • Synthesize insights across market, customer,financial, and operational data into clear, cohesive narratives.

  • Partner closely withcrossfunctionalstakeholders to socialize findings, test assumptions, andvalidateinsights.

  • Pressuretestconclusions to ensure insights reflectreal businesscontext, not just the data in isolation.

What You Will Bring to Graco

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 5+ years of experience in business insights, market research, analytics, strategy, or decision support roles.

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand context, priorities, andtradeoffs.

  • Demonstrated ability to connect dots, diagnose root causes, and translate ambiguity into clear recommendations.

  • Proficiencyin analytics, research tools, and statistical methods.

The base pay range for this position is listed below, exclusive of fringe benefits or other compensation. If you are hired, your final base hourly rate will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, competencies, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors, we will also consider internal equity of our current employees. Please keep in mind that the range provided is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at or near the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future and continued salary growth.
