We are looking for a Client Manager to join our Insights team. As a Client Manager, you'll be part of a team of experienced industry insights experts with the main goal to delight clients; supporting them to make informed business decisions through delivery of analysis and insights on industries, markets and consumers using NIQ data with NIQ tools, following NIQ standards. You'll also be responsible for guiding and coaching more junior members.

Preference is for Minneapolis, MN-based candidates for a hybrid role on site at the client's Minneapolis location. Remote candidates who are physically located within the US will also be considered.

Job Description

Leverage multiple NIQ solutions and translate data into a compelling, cohesive story for clientwith insightful callouts and actionablerecommendations leveraging NIQ analytical frameworks.

Be a master of proprietary NIQtools and solutions and use these to help solve client's business questions.

Establish yourself and NIQ as a trusted client advisor by consistently delivering strong value and enabling client success using NIQ data, tools, and insights.

Proactively share relevant retail, category, consumer, shopper, and macro insights and thought leadership to help client achieve their business objectives and identify new opportunities.

Drive client satisfaction through leadership of client discussions, consistent delivery of relevant, impactful insights and analysis and client responsiveness.

Partner closely with manager, account director, and cross-functional partners to elevate the client experience and identify new opportunities and solutions to achieve joint business goals.

Help lead the successful client launch/leveraging of key NIQ capabilities.

Manage multiple client projects, priorities, and deliverables simultaneously while consistently ensuring high-quality execution.

Coach and develop junior team members and lead by example within NIQ team.

Qualifications

5+ years industry experience in the CPG industry and/or related industries in retail, sales, category management, consulting, or analytics.

Prior experience with NIQ (or similar) solutions preferred in the analytics space, including POS/Panel Data.

Proficiency in pulling, analyzing, and incorporating all NIQ data sources that are relevant to the client.

Demonstrated ability to translate business questions into effective analytic approaches and actionable recommendations.

Strong communication and presentation skills with experience effectively presenting insights and recommendations to client stakeholders.

Proven ability to coach others in data analyses and working with NIQ tools.

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.

Curious person who likes building stories based on data to answer questions.

Strong analytical mind and excellent numerical skills.

Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Excellent command of both written and spoken English.

Digital savvy and fast learner of concepts/tools/analyses.

Masters's degree a plus.

Additional Information

This role has a market-competitive salary withan anticipatedbase compensation of the following range: $83,000 - $95,000. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a sales-based incentive or performance-based bonus.
