Job description

Provides tactical support by helping manage customer data, generate reports, and maintain tools that enable proactive engagement and goal tracking. This role plays a key part in operationalizing success strategies and ensuring Customer Success Managers have the insights and resources they need to drive customer outcomes.
- Data Management: Collects and prepares customer data relative to contractual requirements, asset management, operational activity, utilization and other key metrics, as needed to report against program goals. Ensure accurate management of customer asset data to support reporting and insights.
- Data-Driven Insights:Identifies and implements reporting processes/tools to manage data and track progress towards program goals. Deliver foundational insights that inform decision-making across the Customer Success organization.
- Pattern & Trend Analysis:Analyzes data to uncover patterns in customer behavior, lifecycle performance, and engagement, recommending proactive strategies that enhance customer success and long-term value.
- Report Development:Goes beyond traditional reporting to develop deeper insights and actionable recommendations that highlight customer progress and identify opportunities for greater value realization.
- Strategic Projects: Participates, as needed, in strategic projects aimed at enhancing customer insights and driving business growth.
- Continuous Improvement:Contributes to the streamlining of operational activities to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service delivery.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:Works closely with cross-functional teams to support the seamless integration of business intelligence insights with other business functions.
- Customer Engagement: Acts as an advisory resource, aligning program performance data with customer goals and measurable outcomes.
In accordance with applicable law, we are providing the anticipated annual rate for this role: $54,460 - 81,550/ year
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required, plus 3 to 5 years of related experience.
- Proven track record of managing customer asset information and producing insightful reports.
- Strong background in data management, reporting, and process improvement.
- Customer Success experience preferred.
- Requires up to 30% travel (valid drivers license and acceptable driving record necessary).
- Requires good interpersonal and communications skills, and public speaking skills.
