Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to transform complex operational and enterprise data into meaningful insights that support strategic and tactical decision-making. This role plays a critical part in helping business leaders understand performance trends, identify opportunities for improvement, and make informed decisions based on reliable data.

The Data Analyst will analyze large datasets, develop dashboards and reporting solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support analytics initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise, a passion for data storytelling, and the ability to communicate findings effectively to audiences with varying levels of technical knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze operational and enterprise data to identify trends, patterns, and key performance indicators.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that provide actionable business insights.
  • Create data-driven recommendations that support operational and strategic decision-making.
  • Validate, test, and monitor data quality to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
  • Extract, transform, and prepare data using SQL and other analytical tools to support reporting and analysis.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate data needs into analytical solutions.
  • Document data definitions, business rules, metadata, and reporting processes to promote consistency and governance.

Key Requirements
  • Bachelor''s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, decision support, or a related analytical function.
  • Advanced proficiency with SQL and experience querying, transforming, and validating large datasets.
  • Proven experience building dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or similar business intelligence tools.
  • Strong statistical analysis skills with the ability to apply appropriate methodologies and validate analytical conclusions.
  • Experience with data quality assurance, testing, documentation, and data governance practices.
  • Experience with geospatial analysis is preferred.
