This position will be located in Melbourne, FL. "Please note that this opportunity is contingent on program funding. Start dates are determined after funding confirmation." Essential Functions: Lead the design and development of comprehensive dashboards and reporting solutions that integrate multiple data sources Perform advanced data extraction using SQL combined with robust analysis in Excel and visualization using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar Translate complex business requirements into actionable, visually engaging insights Work closely with technical teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reports Mentor junior analysts on best practices for data extraction, analysis, and visualization Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, STEM, or a related field with minimum of 5 years of experience (or Master's degree with minimum of 3 years) Expert-level proficiency in leading data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) SQL skills for efficient data extraction and integration across diverse datasets Your ability to transfer and maintain the final adjudicated U.S

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay

Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
