We're looking for a new Manager of Insights & Analytics to work in our new corporate headquarters in Hopkins, MN. In this role you will lead the insights & analytics team in driving growth insights and foresight across the business via the local understanding of category, channel and shopper/consumer data and insights.
What You Will Do:
  • Own database management and drive systems and processes to support single source of truth reporting.
  • Lead reporting and dashboarding of KPIs for Leadership to drive focus and a culture of performance.Drive facilitation and delivery of Circana data with senior leaders while providing context and relevancy to inform and support strategic direction & impact.
  • Develop and provide Business Unit teams with Insights across categories via Circana data (standardize business reporting).
  • Ensure team is providing insight and perspective identifying key insights using syndicated data that support the creation of business plans and sales execution.
  • Support annual planning and on-going contingency planning to ensure that resources are being allocated to meet stated sales, profit, customer and brand objectives.
  • Develop moderate to significant-sized and complex budgets as part of overall business unit or functional budget.
  • Influence future investment decisions by leveraging knowledge of previous results. Ensure decisions are consistently based on a current understanding of consumers, competitors and the marketplace.

What You Will Bring:
  • A Bachelor's Degree, with an MBA strongly preferred.
  • 5+ years related experience.
  • Thorough knowledge and experience in data analytics and reporting and research background.
  • Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal skills and intermediate proficiency with numeric data analysis.
  • Thorough knowledge of company and group products, policies, processes, with preferred multi-company experience and background in expanding functions.

What We Offer:
The base salary range for this position is $93,000 - $154,000 annually with eligibility for a 15% annual incentive bonus, which is based on organizational performance. The salary range represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to education, skills, work experience, certifications, geography etc. As such, starting pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
