Shift Details:
• 1 Night: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (Inpatient Hospice Unit)
• 2 Nights: 7:30 PM – 8:00 AM (Hospice Home Care)
• Every 3rd Weekend Required
• No Call

Requirements:
• Active Ohio/ Compact RN License
BLS Certification
Hospice Experience Required
Current EPIC Proficiency Required
• Valid Driver's License
• Proof of Auto Liability Insurance

Assignment Highlights:
• Mix of Inpatient Hospice and Home Care
• EPIC Remote Hospice Training Provided
• Holiday Coverage Required
