AgeTech Innovation Coordinator

Zelienople, PAย 

Full Time or Part-Time:

Full Time: 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

or

Part Time: flexible days, 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Our services include LIFE (Living Independence for the Elderly); skilled nursing, home health; personal care; adoption & foster care; assisted living; adult day services; memory care; hospice; palliative care; residential living; affordable housing; home safety monitoring; Meals on Wheels; rehabilitation services and private duty.

The AgeTech Innovation Coordinator explores technology tools and services to support independence and to make aging in place easier and serves as a bridge between aging services and innovation.ย  This role is dedicated to identifying and implementing technology that supports and empowers older adults to maintain independence and a high quality of life.ย  The AgeTech Innovation Coordinator will lead program initiatives, manage smart-home integrations, pursue innovative solutions, and provide hands-on technical support, ensuring smart technology is accessible and helpful to improve daily lives.ย 

Qualifications

AgeTech Innovation Coordinator requirements:ย 

  • Associate's degree in health-related field or marketing.
  • One to two years related experience and/or training.ย ย 
  • Healthcare and/or senior living experience preferred.ย 
  • Microsoft Office experience required.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple, everyday language to a non-technical audience.ย  Strong troubleshooting skills for both specialized smart-home systems and standard consumer electronics (iOS, Android, Windows, etc.).ย  Ability to analyze market trends and conduct cost-benefit analyses for new tech implementations.ย 
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, from high-level program planning to individual resident support tickets.
  • Current State Driver's license (in good standing).
