What types of projects can an Innovation Intern expect to work on, and how much independence is typically given?

As an Innovation Intern, you can expect to work on a variety of projects that focus on researching emerging trends, brainstorming new solutions, and supporting the development of prototypes or pilot programs. While you’ll often collaborate with cross-functional teams—such as product development, marketing, and R&D—you’ll also be given opportunities to take ownership of smaller projects or present your findings to stakeholders.
