  • Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 and Entra ID, including dynamic groups, authentication failures, conditional access policies, MFA issues, and device compliance impacts.
  • Resolve user licensing and access issues across Microsoft, Adobe, Salesforce, and other SaaS platforms, including environments with mixed SSO and direct account management.
  • Provide user-level support where necessary, with a focus on identifying root causes and converting recurring issues into scalable, automated solutions .
  • Maintain and troubleshoot corporate network infrastructure built on Ubiquiti devices, including switches, wireless access points, VPN configuration, and RADIUS authentication.
  • Maintain Poly/Polycom conference room systems supporting both Microsoft Teams and Zoom meetings, ensuring reliable platform switching and meeting readiness.
  • Provide white-glove support to executive leadership and ensure laptops, conference rooms, and network infrastructure are fully configured and tested ahead of quarterly Board and Town Hall meetings.
  • Serve as a senior escalation point for complex endpoint, identity, and application issues and continuously convert recurring problems into automated solutions.

What Success Looks Like
  • Endpoint and identity environments are highly automated, stable, and auditable
  • Executive meetings and large events run without technical surprises
  • New tools-including AI-enabled workflows-can be introduced quickly and safely
  • Recurring issues steadily disappear through automation and system design

Required Skills & Experience
  • 4-6+ years of experience in endpoint engineering, Microsoft systems administration, or IT infrastructure roles.
  • Advanced PowerShell scripting experience in enterprise environments.
  • Hands-on experience troubleshooting Entra ID, Microsoft 365 licensing, authentication, and SaaS SSO issues.
  • Experience maintaining small-to-mid size corporate networks.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across operating systems, identity platforms, and SaaS applications.
  • Expertise in writing both technical documents and user guides

Professional Attributes:
  • Automation-first mindset
  • Strong analytical and diagnostic capability
  • Calm and professional under pressure
  • Clear communicator with both executives and end users
  • High ownership mentality with growth potential
