Job Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented HRIS (Human Resources Information System) Manager to oversee the effective use, maintenance, and optimization of our HR technology systems. This role is critical in ensuring the integrity of HR data, improving HR processes through automation and analytics, and supporting the broader HR team in leveraging technology to deliver a best-in-class employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary system administrator for all HR Technology platforms while managing, maintaining, and optimizing the organization's HCM System, Workday.
  • Drive enhancements in analytics to support HR strategies.
  • Continuously monitor Workday trends and best practices to optimize platform performance and user engagement.
  • Work with HRIS, HR, IT, Payroll, Finance, and business stakeholders to translate functional needs into scalable tech solutions.
  • Ensure system security, data integrity, and regular audits of user access and permissions.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement through automation, workflow enhancement, and system configuration.
  • Partner with HR stakeholders to implement and support system changes that improve operational efficiency and employee engagement.
  • Design and deliver dashboards and reports for HR and business leaders on headcount, turnover, compensation, performance, and other key metrics.
  • Lead HRIS-related projects such as system upgrades, new module implementations, or integrations with third-party systems.
  • Develop user guides and training materials; deliver training to HR staff and end-users.
  • Maintain compliance with data privacy regulations.
  • Ensure accurate data retention practices and facilitate HR audits and regulatory reporting.

Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 8+ years of HRIS experience, including at least 2 years in a management or lead role.
  • Hands-on experience with one or more major HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, UKG, ADP, Oracle, SAP).

Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong project management and analytical skills.
  • Excellent understanding of HR processes and best practices.
  • Ability to translate HR needs into technical requirements.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with system integrations and APIs.
  • Familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
