Job description

H2M architects + engineers, a multidiscipline architectural, engineering, and environmental consulting firm, seeks an HRIS Coordinator to support our growing team.
Under the direction of the HR Data and Technology Manager, this position plays a critical role in supporting Human Resources operations through data extraction, reporting, and analysis and is responsible for transforming HR data into actionable insights that inform strategic workforce planning, talent management, and employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively across HR functions.
Job Responsibilities
  • Extract, analyze, and report on HR data to support operational and strategic initiatives.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and insights from HR datasets to inform workforce planning and decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key HR metrics and KPIs.
  • Integrate business performance data and market forecasts into workforce planning to ensure headcount alignment with growth priorities.
  • Partner with HR to design and implement data-driven solutions for talent management.
  • Analyze and forecast the impact of HR programs on turnover, retention, and other lifecycle metrics.
  • Track and interpret employee data to support compensation, benefits, and workforce planning efforts.
  • Produce monthly and quarterly HR reports for leadership review.
  • Provide backup support for Payroll and Benefits on a regular basis.
  • Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned.

Education and Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on Compensation, Benefits, and Payroll.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Data Analytics or related field preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI preferred.
  • Familiarity with Dayforce HRIS platform is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and shift priorities based on business needs.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.

The salary range for this role is $66,500 - $84,100 annually.
The employment offer may deviate from this published range based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, experience, specialty, knowledge, education, geography and/or related certifications - not related to any applicant's characteristics protected by local, state or federal law. Note: The salary or hourly rate indicated does not include other forms of compensation or benefits.
