Job Title: Interim Medical Records Director (Health Information Management - HIM)
Location: Globe, Arizona
Facility Address: 5880 S. Hospital Drive, Globe, AZ 85501
Duration: 13-WEEK CONTRACT (with possible extension)
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Guaranteed Hours: 40 Hours/Week
Start Date: ASAP (Tentative)

Agreed Rates: $83/hr (including stipend)
Weekly Gross: $3,320
Weekly Taxable: $2,080
Weekly Non-Taxable: $1,240
Hourly Taxable: $52
