Starting with the hiring manager interview offering an in filed shadow experience with one of our current nurses all the way through our hiring process to your start as a full-time RN. We are the only Home Health and Hospice agency in the state that offers a robust Residency program for all of our new nurses to help bridge the gap between schooling and field nursing. Your orientation will include 2 weeks of in-office education with an introduction, then transitioning to 4 weeks of precepting directly in your territory.
