How you’ll make an impact in this role
  • Serve as the primary liaison by establishing and maintaining relationships with both clinical leadership and technology teams, translating front-line needs into optimized workflows that elevate patient safety and the provider experience.
  • Facilitate the optimization of existing technology or implementation of new technology by helping clinicians “probe the problem” and submit successful requests, facilitating or participating in governance committees, and partnering with technology analysts.
  • Participate in the development of organizational policies, initiatives, and training materials related to collecting, managing and communicating clinical information ensuring compliance across all areas. 
  • Support the onboarding of new associates, providers and locations.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
