OVERVIEW

Electrolit Manufacturing USA (EMUSA) is a new, state-of-the-art beverage manufacturing facility in Waco, TX. The 640,000 sqft. Facility is situated in the Texas Central Industrial Park and will be operating on a 24/7 schedule. The facility will manufacture and distribute the 26 flavors of Electrolitโ„ข - the fastest growing isotonic hydration beverage in the US.

POSITION SUMMARY

The primaryโ€ฏresponsibilityโ€ฏof the Industrial Engineering Managerโ€ฏwill be to lead our process improvement initiatives across the manufacturing operation. This role willโ€ฏbe responsible forโ€ฏdriving Lean Manufacturing implementation, overseeing KPI development, and ensuring the successful execution of DMAIC projects. The ideal candidate is aโ€ฏproven leader whoโ€ฏcan balanceโ€ฏhands-on problem-solving withโ€ฏlong-termโ€ฏstrategicโ€ฏplanningโ€ฏtoโ€ฏoptimizeโ€ฏefficiency,โ€ฏquality,โ€ฏandโ€ฏcost.โ€ฏThisโ€ฏpositionโ€ฏwillโ€ฏbeโ€ฏworking with sensitive information therefore it will require an NDA.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Analyzeโ€ฏcurrentโ€ฏmanufacturingโ€ฏprocessesโ€ฏtoโ€ฏidentifyโ€ฏareasโ€ฏforโ€ฏimprovementโ€ฏinโ€ฏefficieny, quality, safety, and cost.

Championโ€ฏLeanโ€ฏManufacturingโ€ฏprinciplesโ€ฏbyโ€ฏleadingโ€ฏKaizenโ€ฏevents,โ€ฏvalueโ€ฏstream mapping, 5S programs, and other continuous improvement initiatives

Directโ€ฏandโ€ฏmanageโ€ฏDMAICโ€ฏproblem-solvingโ€ฏprojectsโ€ฏtoโ€ฏidentifyโ€ฏrootโ€ฏcauses,โ€ฏimplement corrective actions, and sustain improvements

Overseeโ€ฏtheโ€ฏdevelopment,โ€ฏmonitoring,โ€ฏandโ€ฏanalysisโ€ฏofโ€ฏKeyโ€ฏPerformanceโ€ฏIndicatorsโ€ฏ(KPIs) to ensure alignment with business targets.

Supportโ€ฏnewโ€ฏproductโ€ฏintroductionsโ€ฏandโ€ฏprocessโ€ฏvalidationโ€ฏactivities.

Createโ€ฏandโ€ฏexecuteโ€ฏtheโ€ฏindustrialโ€ฏengineeringโ€ฏstrategyโ€ฏalignedโ€ฏwithโ€ฏplantโ€ฏobjectivesโ€ฏand operational priorities.

Review, approve, and ensure the accuracy of employee timecards for direct reports in accordance with company policies and payroll deadlines.

Performs other related duties, as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelorโ€™s degree in industrial engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field required; masterโ€™s degree preferred.

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt required; Black Belt certification preferred.

7+ years of industrial engineering experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 3 years in a leadership/managerial role.

Proven track record of leading Lean Manufacturing initiatives and DMAIC projects to successful completion.

Proficiency in data analysis and process mapping.

Expertise in KPI development, measurement, and improvement strategies.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present actionable insights.

Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills.

Experience developing and managing KPIs in a production setting.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ERP/MES systems preferred.

Fluency in English required, Spanish is a plus.

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS

This position is primarily performed in an office environment during standard business hours. The role involves regular use of a computer, telephone, and other standard office equipment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate office equipment. Occasional standing, walking, bending, reaching, and light physical activity may be required. The employee may occasionally be required to lift or move items weighing up to 15 pounds.

Employees in this role may have occasional exposure to the manufacturing and production environment, including noise, moving equipment, temperature variations, and wet or humid conditions. When entering production areas, appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) must be worn in accordance with company policy. Noise levels in the primary office environment are typically low to moderate. Work schedules may include extended shifts, overtime, weekends, and/or holidays based on production demands.

Must be willing to travel up to 20% of the time.
