As an Industrial Engineering Co-Op, you will be responsible for performing time studies, creating/updating work instructions, and maintaining other process/product-related documents. They will also be responsible for assisting with Kaizen events and other activities that support the day-to-day operations of the electronics plant. The main purpose of this position is to assist Hunter Electronics department with its Industrial Engineering needs.

This position is for a Spring 2027 Co-Op, with a start date of January 2027 and an end date of May 2027.

What Youll Do:

  • Perform time studies.
  • Develop/update work instructions.
  • Make updates to the plant layout as necessary.
  • Work with operators/management to identify improvement opportunities for the factory.
  • Assist with other activities to support the smooth day-to-day operations of the plant.

What Youll Bring:

  • Major study in Industrial Engineering.
  • Senior or 2nd semester Junior; prior co-op experience strongly preferred.
