This strategic leadership position focuses on shaping and executing enterprise-wide indirect procurement programs across the entire Procure-To-Pay Lifecycle. Acting as an essential internal partner, the successful candidate will collaborate directly with executive leadership across key corporate business units to drive high-impact vendor negotiations, structure resilient commercial contracts, and optimize supplier relationship frameworks. What You’ll Do
  • Architect and execute enterprise-wide indirect procurement initiatives and formal bidding processes from inception through evaluation, contract redlining, and final agreement execution.

  • Champion legal and commercial negotiations in close coordination with corporate counsel, driving contract terms directly with vendor sales and legal teams, particularly for digital software platforms, cloud infrastructure, and hosted solutions.

  • Structure highly favorable commercial deal models incorporating protective fee caps, tier-based pricing frameworks, and long-term cost containment strategies.

  • Synthesize supplier analytics, contractual SLA commitments, and realized efficiency metrics into polished, executive-level financial dashboards for corporate leadership.

  • Drive vendor consolidation initiatives across functional departments to maximize operational efficiency, optimize leverage, and deliver quantifiable financial savings.

  • Enforce rigorous procurement governance aligned with corporate financial planning, ensuring licensing compliance, resource utilization, and cost controls are continuously audited.

  • Partner with accounting teams to streamline the alignment of purchase orders, contracts, and vendor invoices for timely financial processing.

  • Communicate complex vendor risk analyses and strategic sourcing recommendations persuasively to senior leadership and key decision-makers.

What You Bring
  • 10+ Years of progressive experience in Indirect Sourcing, Strategic Sourcing, and enterprise Procurement Operations.

  • Demonstrated background managing technical vendor portfolios within technology-driven business environments.

  • Expert command of contract negotiation, legal frameworks, and commercial terms, with extensive direct experience negotiating complex Software, SaaS, and Hosting Agreements.

  • Proficiency with enterprise software suites including Procure-To-Pay Systems, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint.

  • Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required; Masters Degree preferred.

  • Recognized professional credentials such as Certified Purchasing Manager, Certified Technology Procurement Executive, Certified Procurement Professional, Senior Professional In Supply Management, or Chartered Institute Of Procurement & Supply preferred.

  • 10-30 Years of total professional experience demonstrating exceptional executive presence, strategic judgment, and multi-project prioritization.

Compensation & Total Rewards
