Are you a procurement detail oriented who enjoys negotiating strategic agreements, driving cost savings, and building strong supplier relationships? We're partnering with a well-established organization seeking an Indirect Procurement Specialist to support sourcing and purchasing initiatives across a variety of indirect spend categories. In this role, you'll work closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to secure the equipment, materials, and services needed to support business operations, store projects, and growth initiatives. You'll have the opportunity to influence purchasing strategies, improve supplier performance, and identify meaningful opportunities to create value across the organization. This position is ideal for someone who combines strong analytical and negotiation skills with a collaborative approach to problem-solving and relationship management. What You'll Be Doing Lead sourcing and procurement activities for assigned indirect spend categories, ensuring alignment with business objectives and budget goals. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with suppliers and procurement partners to maximize value and minimize risk. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Merchandising, Engineering, Operations, and Project Management to support store renovations, new locations, and capital projects. Evaluate supplier performance and proactively address concerns related to quality, service levels, delivery performance, safety, and equipment reliability.
