We are seeking a Junior Procurement Analyst to support the procurement of indirect goods and services, including engineering services, consultants, IT, software, telecommunications, and O&M contracts. The role will assist with sourcing, purchase orders, supplier management, spend analysis, and contract administration while working closely with Engineering, Operations, IT, and Finance teams.
Department: Supply Chain / Procurement
Reports To: Procurement Manager
Key Responsibilities
• Create and manage purchase orders and procurement documentation in NetSuite and Procore.
• Analyze spend data and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Assist with supplier onboarding, performance tracking, and contract renewals.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and approval processes.
• Support procurement of engineering, consulting, IT, SaaS, and O&M services.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or finance.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills.
• Experience with NetSuite, Procore, or similar ERP/procurement systems preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.
Preferred
• Experience with indirect procurement and service contracts.
• Exposure to renewable energy, construction, engineering, or industrial environments.
• Interest in developing a career in strategic sourcing and supplier management
