  • Perform ongoing PO management, revisions, maintenance, and tracking activities.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve procurement-related issues involving requisitions, purchase orders, invoicing, and supplier onboarding.

  • Support the preparation and execution of contractual documents, including Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), service agreements, and related procurement documentation.

  • Previous advertising, marketing and professional services sourcing experience. You will be doing projects for both categories.

  • Knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project coordination skills.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with SAP Ariba or similar procurement platforms.

  • Familiarity with contract administration and procurement-related agreements.

  • Experience working within a large corporate environment.

  • Exposure to the automotive, financial services, or highly regulated industries.

Why Consider This Opportunity?
  • Work with a highly respected industry leader.
