Fractional Controller (Independent Contractor)
Location: 8200 Port Rd, Louisville, KY 40258
Schedule: On-site approximately 10 hours per week

Blue Recycled Materials is a growing recycling and materials management company located in Louisville, KY. We're focused on building strong financial and operational systems to support our continued growth and efficiency.

Position Overview
We're seeking an experienced Fractional Controller to provide financial oversight and ensure the accuracy and consistency of our accounting operations. This individual will serve as an independent contractor, working closely with leadership to manage reporting, analyze results, and strengthen internal processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee general ledger accuracy and month-end close activities

  • Review financial statements and prepare management reports

  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management

  • Establish and refine accounting procedures and internal controls

  • Coordinate with external accounting and tax professionals

  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial performance

Qualifications
