Who We Want
The Associate Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for developing proficiency in the development and maintenance of systems, tools and processes used by the sales teams. Provide first line support to all users. Contribute to project enhancements to streamline business processes. Assist with updating and maintaining incentive compensation plans and performing commissions and bonus calculations.
What You'll Do
  • Respond to incoming communications, queries and requests for sales operations and commissions related information and updates. Escalate more complex issues to appropriate contact.
  • Support the Incentive Compensation team by gathering, scrubbing and organizing data.
  • Administer monthly commissions process. Set up and deliver commission and bonus statements, respond to related questions and resolve standard issues.
  • Write, update and maintain team SOPs. Make suggestions for process improvements and efficiencies.
  • Assist with the implementation of solutions that will leverage system capabilities to improve sales and commissions processes and productivity and HR data and programs.
  • Assist with change management processes. Support communication efforts across relevant stakeholders.
  • Deliver new process updates and projects, including ideation, requirement gathering, build, support and maintenance and success tracking.
  • Assist with the evaluation of business and technical requirements. Understand and communicate inherent security risks and solutions to technical and non-technical business stakeholders.
  • Support the definition, development and analysis of KPIs.
  • Other duties as needed or assigned.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field of study
  • Experience in Sales Operations, Compensation, or FPA a plus
  • Strong analysis skills
  • Expert knowledge of Excel
  • Strong knowledge of Google Workspace
  • Ability to get up to speed quickly, take initiative and critically analyze data, processes and procedures in a push toward constant improvement
  • Excellent written, presentation, and communication skills
  • The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple deliverables simultaneously, meet strict deadlines, and work under pressure
  • Exhibit strong attention to detail
  • A flexible & solutions oriented demeanor
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
