What's in it for you:
This role gives you the opportunity to help drive business performance through impactful sales incentive compensation analysis and reporting. As a Sr. Incentive Analyst, you will play an important role in supporting sales effectiveness by ensuring incentive plans are administered accurately, financial results are modeled and reconciled effectively, and leaders have access to meaningful performance insights.
In this role, you will work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and HR, contributing to key business processes and continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen operational efficiency and decision-making. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys combining analytics, financial rigor, and collaboration to influence business outcomes in a dynamic matrixed environment.
What you will do:
  • Administer sales incentive compensation plan calculations and reporting for eligible employees across the business unit(s).
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and incentive plan effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations to improve sales productivity and business outcomes.
  • Lead the monthly finance close process for field organization headcount, including financial modeling, journal entries, variance analysis, and communication of results to leadership.
  • Perform monthly reconciliations for incentive compensation balance sheet reserves and related expense entries.
  • Prepare monthly accrual-to-payroll analyses and identify opportunities to reduce gaps between financial results and payroll outcomes.
  • Partner closely with Finance and HR to ensure accurate and timely processing of incentive payments within assigned areas of responsibility.
  • Maintain and enhance standard work documentation for incentive compensation calculations, monthly financial activities, and related business processes.
  • Serve as Tableau security administrator for incentive compensation statements and access requests.
  • Review, investigate, and resolve HR cases related to assigned areas of responsibility.
  • Maintain and enhance existing reporting models, dashboards, and analytical tools that support Sales, HR, and Finance decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that track key sales performance metrics, including quota attainment, sales productivity, compensation payouts, and territory performance.
  • Participate in incentive compensation training for field teams in partnership with HR and business leadership.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and HR on ad hoc sales performance analysis using Excel, Tableau, and other reporting or automation tools.
  • Support cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives related to sales operations, compensation processes, and reporting capabilities.

What you will bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent required. MBA a plus.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in finance, accounting, sales analytics or related field.
  • Sales Finance, Analytics experience preferred but not required.
  • Comfortable working in matrix environment.
  • Compelling and collaborative communication style.
  • High level of learning agility and intellectual curiosity.
  • Detail oriented and deadline sensitive.
  • Experience in Tableau, Dataiku, OneStream a plus.
  • Travel 5%.
