Job description

We seek a Project Manager specializing in CX Systems implementation who provides outstanding customer experiences and handling challenging system projects throughout their lifecycle.
What You'll Do
As an Implementation Project Manager for CXS at Aristocrat, you will have a key role in driving the successful delivery of customer-facing system projects. You will lead projects from start to finish, making sure that all deliverables are completed accurately and within the established scope, timeline, and budget. Your main duties will include:
  • Leading system implementation projects with a focus on delivering outstanding value to customers.
  • Coordinating the installation of hardware and software products across various customer locations, including marketing, operations, accounting, and table game systems.
  • Translating customer and application requirements into actionable technical and operational results.
  • Developing and maintaining detailed project timelines, achievements, and schedules to ensure clear communication with all partners.
  • Conducting regular project meetings, tracking progress, and proactively resolving challenges.
  • Identifying lessons learned to consistently improve project management methodologies and outcomes.
  • In addition, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling their expectations and ensuring their happiness. You will champion positive relationships with internal teams and vendors, preparing and communicating status reports, and providing on-site and remote support during project go-lives.

What We're Looking For
  • A bachelor's degree in business, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4-5+ years of experience in project management, systems implementation, or related technical delivery.
  • Familiarity with project management tools, methodologies, and guidelines (e.g., Agile, PMP, CAPM, Lean Six Sigma).
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, particularly when under pressure.
  • Experience in gaming, hospitality, or technology industries is preferred but not required.
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 75%, as needed for customer implementations.
  • Eligibility to acquire and maintain required gaming licenses across jurisdictions.

Pay Range
$64,400 - $119,600 per year
Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
