Job Summary:

โ€ข Ability to identify, recommend, and implement continuous service improvements throughout project lifecycles.
โ€ข Knowledge of investment accounting and reporting processes.
โ€ข Familiarity with Change Management or Change Delivery roles in client-facing environments.
โ€ข Exposure to investment accounting, reporting, and analytics software solutions.
โ€ข Strong technical skills and expertise in project management software.
โ€ข Familiarity with Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platforms and Fintech solutions.
โ€ข Background in Investment Accounting, with qualifications such as ACCA, viewed as an advantage.
โ€ข Excellent attention to detail and strong documentation skills.
โ€ข Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
โ€ข Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
โ€ข Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus.
โ€ข Relevant experience in financial services (Investment, Banking, Insurance, FinTech, etc.).
โ€ข Prior consulting experience is advantageous.
